There are 2 types of units available for purchase – one bedroom apartments of 35 sq.m. and 41 sq.m., at the price of 4 000 000 THB and 4 700 000 THB respectively.

The interior is designed in soft light colors and is fully furnished. Bathroom and kitchen are equipped with all necessary things for a pleasant daily life and amazing process of cooking fresh meal. A large flat screen TV is also provided.

All guests and residents may relax in a communal swimming pool which is available at the complex. If required, a free shuttle bus is at your service for getting to other sides of the island. Payments are supposed to be made in accordance with the following schedule: at first, deposit of 100 000 THB is paid, then 35% of the total amount is transferred during one month after signing purchase agreement, and finally, when the complex is commissioned, the remaining 30% is paid.
