This villa is a real jewel of the Andaman Sea. Three bedrooms with air conditioning, splendid sea views and direct access to the beach with white sand and crystal clear water, which is located just a few meters from the villa.
The villa is built in a colonial style, the architects designed it specifically so that the sea breeze brought a coolness to all rooms of villa, and breathtaking sea view was available from all premises of the house.
The villa is built on three hectares of land covered by tropical forest. Of all the rooms of the villa offers stunning views of the sea, including the bathrooms. Three spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and large double beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a courtyard, where you can dry towels and swimsuits.
The villa has a well equipped and recently upgraded kitchen. The spacious living and dining area, specially designed taking into account the tropical climate. The ocean breeze brings a cool air from the sea, allowing you to maintain a comfortable temperature even on hot days. The living room has a comfortable sofa, which is suitable for one more guest. Closed yard with a garden and a spacious terrace overlooking the sea, on the terrace is a dining table where you can enjoy the dinner in the evening at sunset.
